Participate
In the Northeast Ohio Sourcing Office’s (NEO/SO’S”) 2008-2009
Salt program, To Delegate the Responsibility for the Competitive
Bidding for the purchase of Salt, and to Establish the 1200’s Salt
Tonnage Commitment for the 2008 – 2009 Season and Declaring an
Emergency.

2008-27 An Ordinance Authorizing the Payment of Three Thousand Four
Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($3,487.99) to
Martzloff-Price, Amy Trustees for Sewer and Water Assessment
Overpayment on their property at 10 Berkshire Lane (PPN 941-04-010)
from January 1, 2003 through March 1, 2008 and Declaring An Emergency.
