MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: Ned Sedlak called the Special Meeting of Council to order at 7:00 PM.

ROLL CALL: Wendy Gillund, Joe Hudson, Joe Maurer, George Skipper, Ned
Sedlak were present.

1. Motion by Ned Sedlak to move to Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, second by Joe Maurer – All in Favor.

2. Motion by Joe Maurer to return to Regular Session, second by Wendy Gillund – All in Favor.

3. Motion by Joe Maurer to appoint John Bourisseau to Council, second by Wendy Gillund – All in Favor.

4. Motion by Joe Maurer to adjourn, second by Wendy Gillund – All in Favor.

5. Meeting adjourned 7:50 P.M.
