April 23rd, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:11 P.M.

Present: Douglas Miller, Spencer Pisczak, George Skipper, Leonard Spremulli. Robert Darden was absent.

Agenda

1. Mr. & Mrs. Mark Benedetti - 30 Berkshire Park Drive

Plans for an addition to the house were approved by all members in attendance.

2. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Lomas - 10 Grey Fox Run

The agenda item was an electrified fence that was being used to control shrubbery damage caused by deer. The problem was resolved when the building inspector notified the property owner that village code prohibited electrified fences, so there was no need for either Mr. or Mrs. Lomas to attend the meeting.

Discussion on this topic was referred to the ad-hoc zoning review committee.

There being no further business, the Commission adjourned at 7:38 P.M.
