Stormwater Management

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Chief Pitts, Jeff Filarski, Ned Sedlak.

1. Police and Service hours were reviewed.

- No significant deviations from plan.
- Chief hopes to move a part-time officer to full-time and add additional part timers very soon.

2. Chief would like to purchase a used pick-up for use by the Service Department. Decision is dependent on 2008 budget.

3. Jeff Filarski presented his recommended pavement repairs and maintenance inclusive of culverts. Decision is dependent on 2008 budget.

4. New Business – Tree Trimming was discussed; current plans for 2008 concentrate on Cannon Rd., cost is estimated at $800.00. Decision is dependent on 2008 budget.
