2009-12 A Resolution Amending Resolution 2005-32 Section 9(c) of the
Village of Bentleyville, Ohio.

2009-13 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into a Contract
with Love Insurance Agency for the Provision of General Liability,
Police Professional, Public Official, Automobile, And Property
Insurance for the Village, at the Total Aggregate Cost Not to Exceed
$90,697.00 and Declaring an Emergency.

2009-14 A Resolution Approving the Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC
as a Depository for the Funds of the Village of Bentleyville and
Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement to that Effect and
Further Designating Certain Authorized Signatories.
