Meeting Called to Order at 7:00PM

Review of Accounts Payable

Discussion of various items on the list with satisfactory answers to all questions.

Payables Approved by the Finance Committee for submission to Council.

Review of January Financial Statements

The Financial Statement review indicates that we exceeded the revenue budget by Approx. $100,000 principally due to RITA revenues. Actual expenses for the month were generally in line with budgeted amounts for all departments. The excess RITA revenue is due to a timing difference which adjusted itself in February. We are substantially in line with the 2009 budget. Preliminary indications are that RITA revenues will be significantly lower than 2008.

Other Discussion Items

Discussion of the RITA meeting for delinquent taxpayers held on December 3rd. We have received in excess of $30,000 of delinquent revenue with the January RITA receipt.

Discussion of the Cost breakdown of the new police cruiser and the ordinance 2009-08

Discussion of various equipment repairs and their necessity

Discussion of Waste Management invoice and the new recycling program

Discussion of Seminars for Fiscal Officer and approval of same
