2010 COLLECTION SCHEDULE

 

The Service Department will pick up the following items at your home. We ask that you do not drop items off at the Village Hall or service garage. Please call 440-247-5055 extension 11 and leave your name and phone number along with your request. Someone from the Service Department will return your call.

Computer Round-up

This service is available throughout the entire year.  Residents are encouraged to turn in old CPU's, monitors, keyboards, software and cell phones.  We ask that you do not drop off items at the Village Hall or Service Department.  Please call the service department .

 

April 1^st thru April 30^th
August 15^th thru September 15^th 
Household Hazardous Waste
Residents can request a pick up of old oil based paint, primer, stain, etc. Latex paint will not be picked up. Residents can dry out their latex paint and dispose of it with their regular trash.
 

May 15^th thru October 1^st
Branch Pick-up Program
Please place branches along the curb.
 

July 1^st thru July 31^st
Scrap Tire Collection
Residents can request a pick up of scrap tires.
 

Leaf Pick up
The service department will start picking up leaves as they begin to fall. This service will continue until all the leaves have been picked up or when the service department must switch over the equipment for winter service. The service department will make every effort to service the streets as many times as possible. There is one crew picking up leaves and there are over 20 roads to service. So please be patient it could be a week between pickups.  The leaves must be piled in rows along the curb as close to the street as possible. Leaves in large piles with branches or grass clippings will not be picked up.
