Called to order at 7:02pm

Attendance: Joe Hudson, Linda Mislosky, Wendy Gillnd, George Skipper, Joe Sciangula.

Approved August minutes

McFarland Homestead

Committee will try to encourage membership for this new committee. John Bourisseau will contact the Chagrin Falls Historical Society for suggestions. Wendy Gillund will contact original members.

Liberty Road Cemetery

Solon Public Library, on October 21, will have a speaker on local historical cemeteries. Representatives from this committee will attend. We discussed what may be appropriate to clean and how. This item will be discussed again at the next meeting when more information is gathered.

Village Hall maintenance

The committee motioned and passed to request the finance committee to include a budget item for Village hall maintenance. We will contact Bernice, finance manager, to create a list of major items, their cost and projected life expectancy. Such items would include roof, furnace, ac, pump, furniture, and carpet. At this time there are not any items to be replaced or fixed. This money is to save for future replacements. Joe Hudson will contact the finance committee.

Eagle Scout was not present and will be contacted

No fall activity is scheduled and we will work on a winter, holiday sing along.
