Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Chief Pitts, Joe Sciangula, John Bourisseau, Jeff Filarski, Ned Sedlak

1. Police and Service hours were reviewed.  Appears hours will be in line with Annual Budget.

2.Communication with Service Department and was reviewed; conclusion being no “Special” projects will be undertaken unless requested in writing.

3.Liberty Road project was discussed. It is out to bid, actual work to be performed in Spring 2009.

4.Chief described new process for chipping. No chipper - simply pick up and deliver to a chipping service.
